connaught place, Gandhi Smriti, Chandni Chowk bazaar

Today we went to the place were Mahatma Gandhi was killed. The place now is called: House/museum of Geandhi, in New Delhi. Also known as Gandhi Smriti.

The steps on the floor symbolize the last steps of Gandhi. That "building" marks the place were he was shoot by Nathuram Gods the 30th of January of 1948.

Everything Started at 4am. ALARMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!

Get up, shower, small breakfast and try to catch an Auto rickshaw to Delhi Nizamudin train station. One guy that was working for an american company and so working on Chicago hours, took us to the station! Cute!

9:30am at Agra!

I needed to pee and so I went to the Agra Cantt station´s toilet... Have you seen the movie: Trainspotting? This was the worst toilet I´ve ever seen in my HOLE life.... and I pee there...

We negotiate with several drivers (taxi, autorickshaw) and we ended making a good price: 800INR for the hole day, an autorickshaw will take us to the Taj Mahal, then to Fatehpur Sikri and back to Agra Red Fort and of course, back to the Agra train station. :) Cool, let´s start the trip!

I know I´m a freak....but I was in one of the seven wonders of the world! I had to do all that freaky photos! :P

Hard Rock Cafe New Delhi

I´ve been only inside 3 Hard Rock Cafe´s, Madrid one.........just to go to the toilet. Stockholm one, just to have a quick cafe and OH MY GOOD, the New Delhi one.

I´m quite adicted to this place, and with the pictures you will see why...

The 8th of Feb I went to register my self as a "person living in Delhi"...so my "padrón" is not anymore in Madrid...
